According to the terms of bidding, the mansion can be used for any commercial functions (except housing). In case of violation of terms, the building will be returned to the treasury.
«We have been selling cultural heritage objects for a long time, working with monuments not only in St. Petersburg, but also in Moscow, Moscow region and other regions. For example, within the framework of cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the AHRF found investors in historical estates in the Moscow region (Grebnevo, Herzen, Boldino, Dedeshino, etc.) and in the building of the Gostiny Dvor Rotunda in Yaroslavl. Emergency objects with security status are not simple assets, but a professional seller with experience of working with such assets will be able to find a buyer on them», - says Dinara Useinova, Deputy Director General of AHRF.
