The Moscow mechanical plant “Krasny Put” is up for sale The property complex is owned by Russian Railways
On 31 March, Russian Railways will hold an auction on the Moscow platform of the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR).
Up for auction will be a 100%-1 share in the Moscow mechanical plant “Krasny Put”. The plant owns two land plots of a total area of over 4.7 hectares in Moscow.

Starting price of asset – 562.5 million rubles.
“The lots up for sale have a whole range of significant advantages.
Firstly, the good location, in the Taganka district, near the third transport ring road and the metro stations “Taganskaya”, “Ploshchad Ilicha” and “Volgogradsky Prospekt”. Secondly, the sale is directly into ownership, and thirdly the territory can be developed for public and business construction.
Additionally, the territories are equipped with all necessary utilities, including a significant resource of electricity. An undoubted plus of the land plots is also the numerous short-term lease agreements (1-2 years). They generate a stable fund every month which will make it possible to reduce the investors’ expenses significantly at the pre-development stage,” comments the deputy general director of the AHR Dinara Useinova.
The territory of the complex is provide with all necessary utilities: heating, water and gas supply, and sewerage. It also has its own boiler rooms.
