In fact, the investor will only have to make a small cosmetic repairs for his project. The convenient layout of the premises allows adapting the building for any commercial purposes, such as the company's head office, medical center, brand clothing store or luxury hotel and banquet complex», - says Yulia Akimova, Head of Sales Department of the AHRF.
