For sale offered assets of the Krepost’ Group of Companies in Krasnoyarsk – BC Sirius and land plots with Enisey view

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) will hold two auctions for the sale of a pledged property of GC Krepost’, an official dealer of Lexus and Toyota in Krasnoyarsk.
The biddings will be held on Dutch basis (a descending price auction).
The property will be a security on credits in Sberbank and Gazprombank and is sold with the consent of the banks. After contracts of sale conclusion all encumbrances will be released.

On 24th of May the biddings for the sale of a modern Sirius Business Centre of B+ class in the centre of Krasnoyarsk, on the bank of Enisey, will take place.

The building area – 18.5 thousand sq. m, a total land plots area – 3.4 ha.
Twelve-story BC is located at the intersection of two major transport arteries of the city – Oktyabrskiy Bridge and Partizana Zheleznyaka Street. In a walking distance there are public transport stops. Within a closest surrounding there are residential blocks of buildings, shopping centres and objects of social infrastructure. The windows of offices overlook a panoramic view of the city and of Enisey.
Currently about 60% of areas of the BC are rented.

On 6th of June the biddings for the sale of a territory on the Enisey bank, where earlier a construction of the “Hotel Mariott” Hotel Complex will be held.

In fact, for the sale as separate lots offered three adjacent land plots with the areas of 573 sq. m, 0.6 ha and 0.9 ha.
The territory is located in a district with existing infrastructure, social and business development. Nearby there are public transport stops, in a distance of 1.5 km there is a bus station.
