The AHRF sold the Committee of Property Relations premises with the price exceeding 40%

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) held an auction on behalf of the Committee of Property Relations of St. Petersburg (CPR) on December 10.
Three lots were sold at the auction - commercial premises in the Tsentralny, Petrogradsky and Nevsky districts of the city.
 
In total 8 bidders participated in the auction. The greatest interest was aroused by the objects in the center of the city - commercial premises of 92.3 sq.m. on the Petrograd Side and the building of 213.9 sq.m. at Moskovsky station. The cost of these lots increased up to 40%.
   
The total sales price amounted to 75.94 million rub.
All the bidding were held on the electronic trading platform of ETP the AHRF - Lot-online.
   
Lot No. 1 is two premises with the areas of 105.3 and 108.6 sq.m., actually the whole building, near the Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station.
Address: 106H, Nevsky prospect.
During the auction participants raised the initial price by 38%.
The sale price is 26.04 million rub. (the initial price is 18.84 million rub.).
The winner is individual entrepreneur Levchenko.
    
Lot No. 2 is the premise with the area of 92.3 sq.m. on the first floor of a residential building near the Petrogradskaya metro station.
Address: 27A, Kamennoostrovsky prospect.
During the auction participants raised the initial price by 35%.
The sale price is 40.9 million rub. (the initial price is 30.4 million rub.)
The winner is an individual.
    
Lot No. 3 is the premise with the area of 57.7 sq.m. on the first floor of a residential building near Lomonosovskaya metro station.
Address: 7A, Ivanovskaya street.
Sale price is 9 million rub.
